BranchOrientalism(Industry code: 7310608) is a field of study that studies the language, culture, history, geography, economy, and society of Eastern countries, specifically Japan and Korea.
Tel goal
- Provides general knowledge about the history, culture, society, and economy of Korea and Japan through mastering pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar to be able to fluently use listening – speaking – reading – writing skills, and at the same time providing in-depth knowledge about the language, culture, literature, country and people of Korea or Japan;
- Equipped with knowledge of communication skills, presentation ability, negotiation, analysis and problem solving, forming soft skills such as teamwork, information gathering, and handling situations in work and life.
- Students can choose to study Korean Language or Japanese Language to use in the future working environment in the fields of commerce, economics, tourism, teaching, research, especially in the fields of translation and interpretation, drafting documents or signing contracts and commercial negotiations.

- A team of domestically and internationally trained lecturers with professional qualifications and practical work experience along with native speakers (Korean and Japanese) participate in the industry’s training process;
- Many cultural exchange activities are held periodically at the school and at affiliated universities in Korea or Japan; Students have many opportunities to study, exchange knowledge, methods and cultural exchanges in Korea or Japan;

- Translator/editor/translator: (i) Translator-Interpreter for news agencies and magazines; diplomatic agencies (ii) Reporters and editors at foreign establishments and localities; (iii) Compiling administrative procedures, human resource management or drafting contracts for foreign companies and businesses.
- Assistant/secretary: Assistant to directors, secretaries to directors of joint venture companies, in charge of foreign affairs, cooperation, business, negotiations, signing contracts or arranging work and work schedules;
- Tour guide/ Receptionist or office staff at restaurants, hotels, resorts, marketing for tourism projects…;
