AUGUST: MONTH OF EXPERIENCE

August is here. It brings rain and the end of summer. For many students, this is a time to start a new and special activity: volunteer work. Instead of going on vacation, they choose to help others. They do this to learn and to get important experiences for their youth.

Volunteer work is more than just giving help. It’s a great place for students to learn useful skills that school does not teach. When they face real problems, they learn how to work well with a team. They also learn to solve problems and to be flexible. Every small task, like building something or teaching children, is a real lesson. These skills, learned during hard days, become a strong base for their future.

Most importantly, the volunteer experience changes how they see the world. When they meet people who have difficult lives, students learn to feel for them. They also feel more thankful for what they have. The smiles of children and the thanks from local people give them a lot of energy. This journey is not just a memory. It is a valuable part of their youth that helps them grow and become more caring people.
